Steven Korn is a co-founder and managing partner of Hunter Creek Investors. Steven has acquired over $1B of real estate investments, equating to thousands of apartment units. Steven holds an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University in Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Rachel Levy is a co-founder and partner of Hunter Creek Investors. Throughout her career, Rachel has acquired and financed over $1.5B of real estate transactions. Prior to starting Hunter Creek Investors, Rachel was a senior investment professional at the Northwind Group, a real estate private equity firm based in Manhattan. At Northwind, Rachel originated $1B of real estate loans, acquired $500M of assets, and oversaw asset management of a $1.5B portfolio. Rachel graduated with honors from the University of Michigan.
